Then he/she has to just download our app and sign up as a paid customer then post his needs in the application, that information will reach to our back end team and person A s first attender at a time
in message and mail form. Our backend team will immediately assign this information to respective area delivery or dispensary boy, he will collect it from the address and handover to the Person A.

MACHA operations runs through Mobile application we developed Android and IOS mobile app that you can search it in Play Store (or) App Store.
Person who wants to get any service assistance he/she can approach us by download and install the application in his handset then
he/she needs to get register with us as a paid subscriber then he/she avail for services w.r.t to planned subscribe .
He/She can register with mobile number, email id, and name.
During the registration process he/she needs to update his profile with complete information with Govt identity.
Once the registration is done verification with OTP sent to customer's registered number.
Once the customer is verified will get the confirmation of customer onboard and plan he/she opt for.
When ever he/she wants to use our services he/she needs to give us complete information of other user we will generate OTP for every new services the two OTP will delivered to first n end users for
confirmation at the same time the nearest localist delivery boy also get the notification of required information and where he/she needs to deploy it with OTP .
Once the other person ready with the things he/she must generate the OTP by submitting
the complete button the final OTP will deliver to first user and delivery boy.
he will pick it from the address and deploy at location once the order delivered to first user he needs to enter the obtain OTP from End user. So that end user can get the confirmation of received order by notification.
